The goal is to clearly define the range of new product initiatives from each of the individual food & beverage companies invited to PIX. In all likelihood, each of these organizations may have several different formulation or new product development issues to discuss with qualified ingredient suppliers.
Utilizing the resident technical expertise of the Prepared Foods' editorial staff, these specific new product or formulation initiatives are carefully matched to qualified ingredient companies whose products can assist in the development process.
Profiles will be created for you to provide background information on each of the qualified food & beverage companies, plus an overview of their specific new product or formulation challenges.
